Terms & Conditions

Adzyro provides four kinds of services: Instagram growth (followers, views and likes), video editing, Meta Ads management, and website development. Placing an order or using any of these services means you agree to everything on this page.

• You must own, or have permission to use, the Instagram profile, post or reel link you give us. For video editing, you must own or have permission to use all footage, audio and other material you send us.
• Your account or the specific post/reel must be public when you order, and stay public until delivery finishes.
• You're responsible for giving us the correct link — orders against a wrong link aren't eligible for refund or refill.

• We accept UPI and QR code payments only.
• Minimum order value is ₹500; the maximum for online orders is ₹20,000. Bigger orders can be arranged over WhatsApp.
• Follower packages have no fixed upper limit; Views & Likes are sold in fixed packs.
• An order is confirmed only once payment is received and verified.
• Video editing projects are quoted individually and are paid 50% in advance and 50% before final delivery; the ₹500–₹20,000 online order limits above apply to follower and Views & Likes packages.

Most orders are delivered within 60–240 minutes of confirmed payment. Occasionally delivery takes longer for reasons outside our control — if that happens, we'll keep you updated.

To qualify for a free refill:

• You request it within 365 days of the original delivery date.
• The account or post/reel is still public at the time of request and while we process it.
• The username, link, or post/reel URL hasn't changed since the original order.
• The account hasn't been made private, deleted, deactivated, or restricted by Instagram.
• The drop happened naturally, not from you removing followers, deleting the post, or breaking Instagram's rules.

All services, including refills, are subject to prevailing market conditions and platform availability at the time of your request.

Approved refunds are sent to the original UPI payment method.

This refund table applies to follower and Views & Likes orders. Video editing projects follow the cancellation and refund terms in the Video Editing Policy below.

• Each video editing project is quoted individually, and work starts once the 50% advance is received. The remaining 50% is due before we release the final files.
• Timelines are confirmed in your quote and begin only after payment of the advance and receipt of complete footage and assets.
• Two rounds of revisions are included on the first draft; feedback must be sent within 7 days of receiving a draft. Extra rounds or changes outside the original brief are charged separately.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all footage, music and other material you send us, and you're responsible for any copyright claim about it.
• Once the project is fully paid, you own the final edited video. We may show non-confidential finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us before we start.
• If you cancel before work starts, the advance is refunded. After work starts, the advance is non-refundable. If we can't deliver the first draft within 7 days of the agreed date, you can cancel for a refund of the unused amount.

We never ask for your Instagram login or password, and we never will. Every service is delivered using only your public profile, post, or reel link. Please don't share your password with anyone claiming to be from Adzyro — it's never required.

We only collect what's needed to complete your order: your profile or post link, payment confirmation, and — if you message us — your WhatsApp number and messages. We don't sell your data, and we never store your Instagram password.

The Adzyro name, logo, and website content belong to us. For website development and video editing projects, ownership of the final delivered site or video transfers to you once fully paid, unless we've agreed something different in writing.

• Using our services to promote illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or spam.
• Submitting links you don't own or have permission to promote.
• Reselling our services under your own brand without a written agreement.

We may cancel any order that breaks these rules, without a refund. We don't monitor content beyond the public link a customer provides, and we're not liable for any illegal, infringing, or harmful use of our services by a customer — responsibility for that use rests entirely with the customer under the Indemnification clause above. Where legally required, we may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities and share relevant order information.

Adzyro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Platforms periodically change their algorithms and policies, and we can't guarantee against — or be liable for — action Instagram/Meta takes on your account.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we make no warranty that our services will meet every expectation beyond what is explicitly promised in this document (such as the Refill and Refund Policies above).

We provide the followers, views, likes, video editing, or ad/website services ordered, but we don't guarantee any specific business outcome — including increased sales, leads, views, engagement rate, account visibility, or search/algorithm ranking. Actual outcomes depend on factors outside our control, such as your content, niche, and platform behaviour.

You agree to indemnify and hold Adzyro, its team, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising from: your misuse of our services, content you submit for promotion, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right (including Instagram's or Meta's own terms).

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any order, at our sole discretion, where we suspect fraud, payment reversal/chargeback abuse, misuse of our services, or a breach of these terms — with or without prior notice, and without liability to you beyond any refund due under our Refund Policy above.

• Each coupon can be used once, and can't be combined with other offers unless stated.
• A coupon can't bring an order below its minimum value.
• We may change or discontinue coupon offers at any time.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about our services is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or reputation.

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including internet or platform outages, government action, or payment gateway issues. We'll keep you informed if something like this affects your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are first handled through good-faith discussion over WhatsApp or email; any unresolved matter will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Adzyro for the service ordered. We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the changes.
