How long does delivery take?

What if my order isn't completed?
If it's not completed within 18 hours, you get a full refund. If it's partially delivered, we keep trying to complete it up to 28 hours — if it's still incomplete after that, you get a 40% refund.
Will followers/views drop after delivery?
Some drop is normal across the entire market on any platform. If that happens, we provide a free refill.
Does my account need to be public?
Yes — the account or post must be public for us to deliver your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI and QR code payments only.
Do you offer video editing?
Yes — we edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form YouTube videos, ads and business videos. Every project is quoted individually on WhatsApp based on your footage and requirements. See our Video Editing Policy for payment, revisions and delivery details.
How does payment work for video editing?
Video editing is paid by UPI: 50% advance to start, and the remaining 50% before we release the final files. Our follower/views refill and refund rules don't apply to video editing — it has its own policy.
What do I need to place an order?
Just your profile or post/reel link — nothing else.
Is there a minimum or maximum order size?
Minimum order is ₹500 (larger custom orders can be arranged manually via chat). Maximum is ₹20,000 online. Followers packages have no upper limit; Views & Likes come in fixed packs.
